		<description>This is really interesting. It seems that if people understand how to work the system, they are able to get huge paybacks, but I wonder how many people are confused by the tax credit, especially at the federal level.
Eva Rosenberg has an interesting article that has a couple of warnings and a couple recommendations to make sure that home buyers know what they can expect from the IRS and know how to maximize their tax credit:
